Most clients request "document packages" for flat fees.  Many of these run approximately $100 per document and most include a flash drive, CD, and document execution.  Visa and Mastercard accepted.

Litigation is billed hourly plus costs.

Mediation is also billed hourly plus costs.

"Where is your office?" is probably the #1 asked question.

The Central Florida Law Office of Jonas Urba, P.A. is based in Hillsborough County Florida.  However, most clients live in a dozen other Central Florida counties.  Since 2004, Jonas' clients have been almost exclusively LGBT although Jonas welcomes all.

In 2004, the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts informed its state Senate that a separate civil union status for same-sex couples would foster a stigma of exclusion prohibited by the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  This analysis does not apply in Florida since no statutory protections exist to prevent a stigma of excluding same-sex couples.

The best we can do in Florida is to draft clear and concise documents, execute them in conformity with the law, make them accessible to those who need to know, and store the originals securely.  Most Florida clients request "document packages" where Jonas includes a home or office house call to Brevard, Charlotte, Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Lake, Manatee, Orange, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota or Seminole Counties in Florida at no extra charge.
